I have a mild interest in science fiction for the simple reason that it is sort of a predictor of what is to come based on reality. While most fictions miss the mark completely, some hit bull’s-eye with uncanny precision.

The most interesting of the lot, however, are those that we never see coming because they sound too ridiculous or those that are presently the case but sound like fiction.

We often let the thought of the unknown overwhelm us. Because the future is not set, the possibilities are endless. And because the wonderings of our minds are unbounded, we easily lose grip of it and it becomes too difficult to rein it in. So we let our minds wander.

This Thing Called Life…

So I was musing a while back and found that….

In the light of love, a sane man could be but a fool and fools they say, rush in
where angels fear to trod. Its a hard thing falling in love. In facts, its a
weakness. But sometimes one needs to be weak in another’s arms šŸ˜‰ And though it
seems like it steals our sanity and makes us momentarily irrational, it actually is
one of the most important things in life that keeps us together and saves our humanity.

However, some people consider certain things to be more important than falling in
love. Why? Because it’s a distraction and while vulnerability may be helpful,
distraction could be as deadly. Dreams , ambitions, ideas…could be murdered
because of distraction, the same way love could grant clarity, inspiration and
serve as a muse to another…

…In reality, we are all fucked.

All his life, he had been favored, he came to believe in the supernatural as there was no other way to explain his good fortune. As a kid, he always got the best even in odd circumstances.
