Everyone has some sort of advice to give about speaking when angry, how dangerous it could be, and humiliating afterwards. How you would come to regret what you’ve said when the anger fades…blah blah blah. Lawrence J Peter said, ‘speak when you’re angry and you will make the best speech you will ever regret’. Hello and I’m an Addict!
Good day everyone, my name is Joel and I’m an addict.

And wishing for a future comfort zone.
We can all live in peace
Quietly in the space of our minds
We can ignore the critics and avoid risks
But what is life without risks?
Without the rush of blood in our veins
Like adrenaline junkies
The pounding and lonely race of our hearts…
